THE BREWERS ASSOCIATION (BA) AND IT'S MEMBERS ARE COMMITTED TO PROMOTING SUSTAINABILITY WITHIN THEIR OWN COMPANIES AND THROUGHOUT THE WIDER NEW ZEALAND COMMUNITY.
We believe profit growth and social progress can be achieved in unison and our members have put in place a number of initiatives to help achieve this vision.
DB and Lion are investing heavily in product development and value chain processes which create exciting innovative products while also reducing their environmental footprint and minimising their use of natural resources.
Their commitment to corporate responsibility extends to the well-being of their staff and how they promote respect, success and unity within their organisations.
Our members also invest heavily in New Zealand communities to promote healthy lifestyles. This includes a range of activities and projects which educate New Zealanders on how to create and maintain a moderate responsible drinking culture.
